My name is Dr. Mindy Gewirtz, and I help clients deal with challenges and opportunities with less stress, more confidence, and better results.
In nearly every case, at some point my clients’ confidence, calmness and commitment increase to such an extent that they find themselves able to achieve greater things than they originally thought. When that happens, they have taken an important first step to transformation, a journey that becomes more exciting and rewarding every day.
Dr. Mindy is an MCC certified executive coach, author and entrepreneur. She is President of Collaborative Networks, an executive coaching and leadership development firm. She is Adjunct Faculty at Lewis University and Faculty and Honorary Director at Potential Genesis, Chennai India. Mindy currently teaches Coaching Methodologies in the Organizational Leadership Masters program, and her passion is coaching executives in leadership positions. Clients apply a systemic approach to integrating their purpose with impact in both their professional and personal lives. Executive coaching is often complemented by team coaching or leadership development workshops to amplify impact in the larger system. Working at the C-Suite level, we coach and consult in tech, government, nonprofits, and financial services.

Mindy's intrapreneurial portfolio consists of coaching senior leaders, and leading teams in complex engagements to drive business performance. Mindy's doctorate is from Boston University. She is a Board-Certified Diplomate in psychotherapy, and a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is the associate author of one book, and co-author of five book chapters on teaming, top leadership, and integrating organizational change.
We help leaders learn to train their brain and install a new “operating system.” The resulting adaptive mindset shift awakens new possibilities for change. This happens as leaders discover and take action to master the beliefs, assumptions, and behavioral patterns that prevented reaching their goals.
Leadership coaching engagements are 60 minutes, 1 to 1 coach 2x a month for 6 months and availability of flash coaching sessions.
Career coaching is available for individuals looking to make an important transition in their life. The approach is to look at the whole person. What are their values? What is their purpose in work and life? What kind work and worklife would work for them? It is in this whole life context an individual can make the most considered decision for themselves.
A series of 12 weekly session of 60 minutes is the package most requested.
Here, we help high performance teams build a sense of trust and psychological safety. Individuals feel comfortable to express diverse opinions without being shut down. The leader models and encourages civil conversations and diverse opinions.
Team Coaching is a six-month engagement of 90 minutes sessions 2x a month helping the team clarify their purpose, performance goals, stakeholders, roles, procedures, and interpersonal relationships.
