About Dr. Mindy Gewirtz

Dr. Mindy is the founder and president of Collaborative Networks International, a firm specializing in leadership, team, and executive coaching for 25 years. Dr. Mindy’s leadership and entrepreneurial C- Suite experience underpin her clinical and coaching below the surface expertise. Executives strengthen their adaptive leadership skills and behaviors, preparing them for future success and advancement.


Her global, multicultural clientele spans the healthcare, high-tech, biotech, alternative energy, government, and nonprofit sectors. Mindy is a Master-Certified Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (MCC), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global). She also coaches executive clients from AceUp, a nationally acclaimed coaching firm.


Mindy co-led 4 partners, 6 associates, 7 figure revenue in our S-corp GLS Consulting in Boston·
Mindy’s specialty is working with engineers and scientists in many sectors. Her federal service experience includes working for 8 years and continuing for the (FAA) Federal Aviation Administration, R&D Tech Centre, as an Executive Coach, Team Coach, and Facilitator with Branch and Division leadership. She worked with MITRE a Federally Funded R&D Center (FFRDC) to help stand up a new FFRDC in Washington DC. Executive coaching and facilitation were provided over 5 years.


Mindy partners with (DCAS) the Division of Community and Administrative Services of New York City as a Preferred Vendor to conduct Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Training for executives since 2016 and provided Executive Coaching services for (TRS) The Teachers Retirement Services of NYC.


She worked in leadership positions in the nonprofit sector in Albany and Boston for 16 years.

Mindy earned her Ph.D. at Boston University and served as Adjunct Faculty at Lewis University, where she taught Coaching Methodology and Coaching/Mentoring courses in the Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program. Additionally, Mindy has mentored numerous coaches from the US, India, Saudi Arabia, and Germany towards their MCC accreditation. Also, a Board-Certified Diplomate (BCD) and licensed psychotherapist in Boston, she has held an adjunct faculty position at Boston University.

Mindy co-authored the 2024 book, Taking the Leap: from Executive or Employee to Female Founder, with Marcia Bench. She co-authored Conversation Secrets for Tomorrow’s Leaders: 21 Obvious Secrets Leaders Do Not Use Enough, with Carrie Gallant and Stephen Hamilton Clarke, published in 2021. In the 2023 volume of Cracking the Rich Code, co-authored with Jim Britt and Kevin Harrington, her chapter focuses on work-life adaptability. She has also contributed five book chapters on leadership, teaming, and change management.

She believes in giving back to the community as a group and individual mentor for coaches and student entrepreneurs in Boston University and Babson College. Mindy spearheaded the Coach Cafes for ICF NYC Chapter. Currently she is Director of DEIB for ICF NJ Chapter and a member of the Board.

Mindy and her husband will celebrate their anniversary with a tandem Skydiving Adventure.
